FAQ

HOW MUCH ARE YOUR FEES?
We pride ourselves in pricing our servicing to be affordable to our clients. Our fees are the lowest in the market (even though the services are provided by Canadian lawyers). We always take into account your circumstances and will adjust our installments so that our fee is not a burden. In the end, we want to provide an excellent service so that you achieve your goal without having to be financially stretched. We are here to help and be with you throughout the process.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Processing times are always an estimate based on past experience and current advertised processing times by the Canadian immigration department. It varies depending on the type of immigration program you are applying under and sometimes on the process in Canada (for example, a Work Permit requires a first step by the employer in Canada). Typically, work permits and student visas are processed faster (2-9 months) and permanent migration applications can be between 2 to 3 years.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
We always have a written contract between us and our clients. We will refund your fees paid to us if your application is refused because of our mistake. However, if the refusal is a result of misrepresentation by a client, production of fraudulent document or information or medical/drugs issues, we cannot refund fees paid. Besides, our fee is payable in small instalments over several months often the payment time (installment) is tied to an important step/stage of the process.

CAN MY RELATIVE IN CANADA OR USA CONTACT YOUR LAWYERS DIRECTLY?
We welcome anyone to contact our lawyers directly. In fact, this is the type of due diligence we encourage given the large occurrence of fraud by scammers and fake agents/consultants in the migration business. We hold the well-being of our clients and all OFWs at heart and will do everything to protect their rights and our excellent reputation.

I KNOW SOMEONE WHO WENT TO CANADA TO WORK BUT IS HAVING PROBLEMS IN CANADA. CAN YOUR LAWYERS HELP?
Of course, we reiterate our commitment to OFWs and all immigrants in Canada and will always step up to assist if our help is sought. Our lawyers have helped a large number of Filipinos find new employers when their original employer abandoned them. They have helped many Filipinos overcome serious immigration and settlement challenges.
